You can't force a forest.

Everbloom exists because we saw what happens when good marketing gets planted and fails when not cultivated. We believe that which you nurture grows. You don't plant a seed today and get a tree tomorrow. Good marketing needs the chance to take root. It requires attention, patience and care.

Two Paths. One Shared Instinct for Growth.

Kate Lunt and McKenzie Lunt

A mother and daughter whose separate paths converged into a single, foundational philosophy: real growth cannot be forced; it must be consistently cultivated. We built Everbloom to provide the steady nurturing that brands need to thrive, pairing high-level strategic vision with the intentional, day-to-day discipline that builds lasting momentum.

Kate’s path into marketing started almost by accident, in a junior role at a sports marketing agency built around champion America’s Cup sailor Dennis Conner – where an early mentor showed her this could be a real career. A decade at a consumer electronics company followed: she was part of the team that took the business global, watching it grow from $1M to well over $100M, under mentors who taught her what real growth looks like over years, not campaigns.

The two decades since have taken her through financial services, healthcare, health tech, and fractional CMO work, for companies of every size and maturity. What ties it together isn’t an industry – it’s range: hard problems, volatile markets, highly matrixed organizations, again and again. By the time she started Everbloom, she had seen what works and what doesn’t.

Kenzie’s path was deliberately different. While she was exposed to marketing early on through project work for Kate, her career started in earnest inside small, boutique interior design studios. That environment shaped her: a boutique firm doesn’t have room for narrow roles, so she took on real responsibility early, learned to be resourceful, and led ambitious projects – like building a magazine from scratch – that a larger firm would never have handed her.

Kenzie brings a mix of graphic design, writing, project management, and strategy – with a genuine eye for what a space, or a brand, needs to feel intentional.

That’s the overlap most people miss: the discipline is the same. What makes a room feel right and what makes a brand feel right come from the same instinct. And a small studio, like a small agency, asks the same thing of the people inside it – versatility, resourcefulness, and doing more than the job title technically requires.

When they actually started working together, something clicked that neither fully expected, even though they’d both quietly sensed it coming for years. They think the same way about complexity – both can walk into profound organizational ambiguity and immediately isolate the two or three things that actually matter. They read people the same way, and care about the same things. The differences turned out to be exactly what the other needed: Kate brings vision, strategy and tenacity; Kenzie brings steadiness, perspective and consistent execution.

That combination wasn’t a theory before Everbloom – it was tested on each other first. The fractional-CMO-plus-marketing-manager model we build every engagement around started as the two of us figuring out how to do this work right, together. Everbloom is what happens when two different disciplines turn out to have been building the same instincts all along.

Marketing isn't a single campaign. It's an ecosystem.

Somewhere along the way, the idea took hold that marketing is one clever ad, one big launch, one quick fix – something you can conjure overnight if you're clever enough. It isn't. It's a steady, living system that has to be tended.

We've seen that misunderstanding play out: a strategy just starting to work, pulled apart because the results weren't instant enough. A team that had built real momentum, cut the moment budgets tightened, only for its absence to become obvious once it was already gone.

That's the pattern Everbloom exists to interrupt. Good marketing takes time, consistency, and genuine care – and it takes a willingness to experiment and keep improving along the way. It isn't glamorous. It's steady work. But it's work that actually compounds and drives revenue, for anyone willing to stay the course.

We built Everbloom for people who understand this is a process worth trusting.

If that's you, we'd love to grow something real together.
